YOU DON'T HAVE TO LIVE THIS WAY.
Brain fog. Fatigue. Pain. Weight gain. Poor sleep.
We’ve gotten used to treating these things as separate problems—or worse, as a normal part of getting older.
But what if they’re connected?
Inflammation Generation explores the hidden fire behind much of what hurts, why modern life keeps feeding it, and the practical changes that can help you take back control of your health.
You're tired—but you sleep.
Your brain feels foggy—but your labs are “fine.”
Your joints hurt—but you're told it's age.
The weight won't move—even though you're trying.
Your body just doesn't feel like yours anymore.
DOES ANY OF THIS SOUND FAMILIAR?
What you're feeling may be connected. Understanding the why can change what you do next.
YOUR BODY ISN'T RANDOM
THIS ISN'T ANOTHER BOOK TELLING YOU TO EAT KALE.
You don't need another person telling you to “eat better and exercise.”
You need to understand why your body is responding the way it is.
Inflammation Generation connects the dots between modern food, blood sugar, stress, sleep, movement, hormones, gut health, environmental exposures and the everyday choices quietly influencing inflammation.
And then it helps you figure out what to do about it.
No perfection required.

Meet the authors
Renee Sutton, Ed.S. &
Tonya Reynoldson, OD, MBA
This book started with a lot of conversations.
Tonya and I come at health from two very different perspectives. She brings the medical background. I’m the one who keeps asking, “Okay, but what does that actually mean for the rest of us?” Somewhere along the way, we realized those two perspectives worked pretty well together.
But this book became personal long before we ever decided to put our names on a cover.
We’ve watched people we love struggle with chronic disease. We’ve watched people accept exhaustion, brain fog, pain, weight gain, poor sleep, and feeling lousy as if those things were simply the price of getting older. And we’ve had our own moments that made us stop and question things we once took for granted.
The more we learned about chronic inflammation, the more we kept coming back to the same thought: Why don’t more people know this?
Not because there’s one magic food, supplement, test, or morning routine that fixes everything. There isn’t. But because so many of the things we think of as separate may be more connected than we realize. And when you understand the why behind what’s happening in your body, your choices start to look different.
So we wrote the book we wished someone had handed us years ago.
Not a textbook. Not a lecture. And definitely not 300 pages designed to make you feel guilty about what you ate for breakfast.
We wanted the science to make sense. We wanted it to work in real life. We wanted you to laugh a little, recognize yourself somewhere in these pages, and maybe start asking better questions about your own health.
Most of all, we wanted you to know this:
You don’t have to settle for feeling bad just because feeling bad has become normal.
That’s why we wrote Inflammation Generation. Together.
